Position: Inside & Outside Sales Representatives (3 positions)
Location: Remote, Toronto and Calgary
Experience Required:
- 3-5 years sales experience, preferably in B2B environment
- Strong phone prospecting skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Self-starter, able to work in a high-energy sales team environment.
- Ability to close deals
- Strong aptitude for learning Voice-over-IP technology
- College degree in computers, communications or other relevant field
- Proven ability to work independently as well as lead team effort
Day to Day Responsibilites:
- Identify and evaluate new accounts and develop new sales
- Follow-up consistently to warm leads and qualified prospects
- Prospect cold leads over the phone
- Deliver effective sales presentation and quotations
- Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections
- Maintain records of activities and contacts in sales database
- Close sales in assertive and professional manner
- Excellent follow-up with through sales and implementation cycle

Position: Ruby on Rails Web Developer
Location: Toronto or Montreal
Required skills:
- Expert knowledge in Ruby on Rails 2 & 3, Ruby 1.8 & 1.9
- PostgreSQL, database design, XML-based web services, Nginx +
- Passenger, HTML, server-side AJAX
- Ability to optimize both code and database schema for speed
- Ability to quickly identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks
- Attention to detail and code clarity
- Good communication skills in the English language
- Resourceful and able to solve problems independently
Desired skills:
- Understanding of CSS, Javascript, and Javascript libraries
- Experience with large or technically complicated websites
- Knowledge of telecommunications and CDRs is a plus
